David never gave up on us even when we almost gave up ourselves! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He knew how to fix every obstacle in our way. He was like a magician who could solve problems with the snap of a finger to make sure we closed right on time. We have lived in apartments for the longest time and all we ever dreamed of was a huge backyard for our two dogs and a place of our own to call home.
