My husband and I feel like we made a family friend for life when we met David. We had many hurdles to jump through but David was there every step of the way! Super friendly and warm, we could tell he cared more about finding us a safe home that we loved in the perfect location than closing on the most expensive house. He was respectful about our challenges, our budget, and helping us figure out the best way to receive assistance with our closing costs. David never gave up on us even when we almost gave up ourselves! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He knew how to fix every obstacle in our way. He was like a magician who could solve problems with the snap of a finger to make sure we closed right on time. We have lived in apartments for the longest time and all we ever dreamed of was a huge backyard for our two dogs and a place of our own to call home. We are proud to be homeowners at just 24 years old and we owe a huge thanks to David Moscoso!!!!
